The Groves have a heart to lead people to the throne room of God through worship. They believe that people are longing for freedom, and that freedom comes through true worship of the Father.

David and Coleen have both been worshippers since a young age. David, playing acoustic guitar, has led worship for many years in Everett, Arlington and even in Tianjin, China. Coleen, who has attended Word of Truth for over 15 years, has served intermittenly in worship ministry. Since their marriage in 2005, the Groves have led worship together.  Along with their young son, Elisha ("Eli"), the Groves are an active part of the Word of Truth community.

In their own words, "It is a such a joy to fulfill God's calling of worship on our lives and lead a growing community of worshipers. There is no place like worshiping at the feet of Jesus. We love our church family and are blessed to serve here"
